Hello, I'm Sangeeta Pilger
I am an accredited executive coach, facilitator and mediator, with more than 25 years’ experience, based in Canberra, Australia.
Since establishing Achievement Zone in 2008 I have been applying my expertise gained from significant government and private sector experience, and extensive qualifications and accreditations. This enables me to help others address that niggling inner voice with career and leadership support and select strategies to achieve outcomes.
My philosophy is to work with the individual needs of my clients. I ensure clarity so you know exactly what to expect, while remaining flexible and tailoring sessions and workshops to address issues and harness strengths.
I love what I do because the results are tangible, and can be life changing. I see myself as a confidante and support my clients with a range of services that help them reframe perspectives, solve problems and embed useful new skills, self-awareness and knowledge.
